Taking a finished indie title from build to storefront
A two-person studio had a complete, good game and no route to market. We handled everything between the final build and the first payout.

The team had spent three years building and had never shipped. Store compliance, age ratings, privacy declarations, regional pricing, build signing, and staged rollout were each individually surmountable and collectively paralysing — and every week spent learning them was a week not spent on the game.
- 01 Audited the build against App Store, Google Play, and Steam policy before submission rather than after rejection
- 02 Handled age ratings, content declarations, and privacy labels across all three storefronts
- 03 Built a release pipeline so the studio could ship an update without our involvement
- 04 Set regional pricing and localised store listings for the launch territories
- 05 Ran a staged rollout with rollback criteria defined in advance
Launched on all three platforms within a single week, cleared review without a rejection, and handed the studio a release pipeline they still run themselves. Revenue reporting and payout administration continue under the publishing agreement.
