Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of https://devorasystems.ca and any content published on it. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Professional services are governed exclusively by the signed statement of work or master services agreement between us; where those documents conflict with anything on this page, they take precedence.

Nothing here is an offer or a quote

Descriptions of services, indicative price ranges, timelines, and capabilities published on this site are provided for general information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and do not form a contract. Pricing and scope for any engagement are established only in a written proposal signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The content, design, source code, and marks on this site are owned by Devora Systems or used under licence, and are protected by Canadian and international law. You may view, download, and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, redistribute, or use this material commercially, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission.

Client intellectual property is a separate matter and is addressed in our engagement contracts: rights in work we produce for a client transfer to that client on payment.

Acceptable use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.
• Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, or send unsolicited commercial messages through our contact form.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or extract content at a volume that degrades the service for others.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites, application stores, or platforms. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Devora Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability in connection with this website is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
